However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or deficient. In such cases, we offer return and refund facilities in accordance with this refund policy (“Policy”).

- We offer for a 5 days refund policy for the eligible products.

Refunding Rules
- Every Effort is made so as to service the order placed, as per the specification and timeliness mentioned in respect to products. If due to any foreseen circumstances or limitation from our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by you is refunded.
- You cannot cancel the order once it’s done. No cancellation/refund shall be initiated against the approved orders.
- When you make a qualifying return, we will refund the full amount, less original shipping and handling charges.
- Return and refund shall be subject to testing and verifying the alleged fault by an authorized person on behalf of us.
- If the following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defects, we will return the product to you and the carriage cost be shall be your sole responsibility.
- Once qualified, the refund are applied to the original payment option.
- Please be informed that the products purchased using the cash on delivery option will be refunded to the Bank account with the details provided by us.
PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
- Replacement and exchange can only be made if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition. The Replacement and exchange Order will reach you within ……. working days after receiving the original product.
- Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product.
ORDER NOT CONFIRMED BUT AMOUNT DEDUCTED
- If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed , please do contact your respective bank . It takes seven (7) business days to reverse back the amount by the respective bank.
EXEMPTIONS
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this policy, we may refuse to provide replace or refund for a product or service you purchased if;
- The product purchased is sale item or promotional item (discount, giveaway etc.)
- If the product has been used or opened;
- The products are not in same conditions as when they were delivered.
- Misued the product in a way that caused problem.
- Gifts;
- The product is broken, tempered or damaged.
- Product has expired by the time of delivery.
- The product is returned after the return window is closed or refund period expires.
- Any other exemptions apply under consumer protection act 2019.
SHIPPING COST
- We provide all support to return the product, however any cost incurred on the packaging or return of the product shall be borne by customer by itself.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Shree Surbhi and accept that the decisions of Shree Surbhi regarding the cancellation.
